About the session

During this one-hour online session, I will outline the basics of good nutrition based on the most recent scientific evidence.

Informed by an increased understanding of WHY and HOW an improved focus on good nutrition can improve the health and happiness of all of the family, my aim is to guide you towards progress, not perfection.

I’d like you to leave the session feeling proud of what you already achieve when feeding your families and empower you to make changes that work within your own lives to further improve nutrition for all. We will explore ideas for tweaking your existing meals and explore quick and healthy ideas for meals that feel good to create and digest!

About the presenter

Philippa Hamilton is a qualified Aromatherapist and has studied Nutrition at the University of Winchester. Currently training in nutritional aspects of Lifestyle Medicine with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, she has a particular interest in family health and how to make eating for improved health and happiness, easy and enjoyable.
