Are you feeling burnt out? You might be feeling physical, emotional, or mental exhaustion. You might be overwhelmed or stressed, which can impact your coping mechanisms and daily life.
We often exhaust ourselves with daily life and everything we need to do.
In this workshop you will:
- understand what burnout is and how to recognise the signs and symptoms
- gain an understanding of what can be done to manage the symptoms
- provide you with resilience tools to help you move forward
- understand the importance of connection and the role it plays
- understand the importance of self-care
- have a worksheet and some inner reflection
- end with a mindfulness meditation
You will leave the workshop feeling more informed and have a better understanding of burnout, how you can support yourself and build resilience.
Please ensure you have a quiet space (or headphones) for privacy. Pen and paper are optional if you want to take notes.

Kinship Care Week – Wellbeing Online Sessions
As carers we often forget about ourselves and our wellbeing, as the focus is always on those we are caring for. We have organised a range of fun and informative 1-hour sessions for you to get involved in. All sessions are facilitated by professionals in their field. The sessions are designed to focus on you and something you will be able to take away and incorporate into your everyday life.
