Who is this webinar for?
This webinar is for kinship carers affected by drug and alcohol misuse. A kinship carer is someone who has stepped in to raise a child or children when their parents can’t.
What will be covered?
The webinar will cover:
- what is substance or alcohol misuse
- recognising the signs of misuse
- challenges for kinship carers and the children they look after
- finding a way forward and getting help
After the webinar you will receive the presentation slides via email, along with access to the webinar recording.
How to join the webinar
The webinar will be held online using Zoom.
You can access Zoom through a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or even your phone. You may need to download Zoom before you join, please factor in time to do that. Watch a video on how to join a Zoom meeting.
To join the webinar, click on the Zoom link in the email we sent you after you registered.
What happens if you need to cancel your place?
