This is a creative one-hour online workshop offering a taste of the Tree of Life.
The concept of the Tree of Life is a well-known metaphor often used in Art Therapy. The tree is used as a symbol of yourself. Each area of the tree represents part of you and your life, strengths, hopes and origins. This workshop will have moments of calm and reflection at times, accompanied by beautiful sounds of nature and an opportunity to share your stories and reflect.
For this workshop you will need to bring paper, drawing materials or any other art materials you want (be as creative as you want!).

Kinship Care Week – Wellbeing Online Sessions
As carers we often forget about ourselves and our wellbeing, as the focus is always on those we are caring for. We have organised a range of fun and informative 1-hour sessions for you to get involved in. All sessions are facilitated by professionals in their field. The sessions are designed to focus on you and something you will be able to take away and incorporate into your everyday life.
