About the session

This session is for anyone who is experiencing perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or anyone who thinks they may be experiencing menopause and would like to come along. It will be a safe space to discuss menopause and the impact it can have on you, your family and friends, and your work life.

It is important that women no longer feel alone and have the knowledge and understanding about menopause so it can be better managed. There is no need to suffer in silence.

The session will cover a range of menopause-related topics and include meditation, story sharing and self-love practice. You will come away from the session feeling more informed, with a shared sense of understanding and hope for the future.

Please ensure you have a quiet space (or headphones) for privacy. Pen and paper are optional if you want to take notes.
